RELAXATION MASSAGE
This gentle treatment incorporates a smooth and rhythmic flow that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation throughout the entire body. The pressure applied during the treatment is customizable to suit your preference.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
This treatment utilizes fluid movements and soft, long kneading strokes in a rhythmic manner to relax the entire body. Swedish massage melts away stress and releases muscle fatigue, tension, and pain. It restores balance in the body, promotes relaxation, and allows for a longer, better sleep. The pressure applied during this treatment is customizable to suit your preference.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This treatment provides a full-body experience that addresses and manipulates the deepest layers of the muscle, targeting the connective tendons and tissue. It not only improves circulation, but diminishes
neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain while enhancing flexibility. This treatment can be customized to target chronic problem areas, while easing stress and leaving you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. The pressure applied during your treatment is customizable to suit your preference, however medium to hard pressure is often needed to be effective.
